Well, its back! I'll be hanging around here from now on keeping an eye out. For anyone that remembers me from the old site, heres whats been happning: - I've stopped re-homing! I know, boo hiss, but I'm working 9hr days with 2hrs travel on top, so time is an issue, hopefully in the next year or two I'll be working from home, so I might start up again then.
- The iguana's gone! For the reason above I didn't have time to train him, found him a kick ass home tho - the guy works from home and in the two months he's had him, the little guy is unrecognisable from the little deamon I had to deal with. So a good thing
- Still got Nutter - he still attacks any turtle he sees, including his own reflection. His filter unit is broke ATM, needs a new pump, should be fixed in a cupla weeks, but till then - water change every day (my poor back...)
Anyway, good to be back, and I talk to you all later. Chez, I'll PM you about a couple of suggestions for the site, also, let me know if you want a hand moderating anything!

Its great to have GTT back! I was a periodical visitor to the old site, and decided to look it up a few weeks ago, and found it missing. I was shocked and imediatly went on a mad search for another turtle site to replace GTT. Through my search, I found http://www.***.com, which is also a great site. That being said, I don't think it could ever out-do GTT. Great to have it back!!!

Glad you discovered us. I really don't know how ppl are finding us. I tried looking GTT:r up on the search engines, and nothing comes up, even 10 pages into the search results.. GTT:r is the light, and the rest of us are.. moths.. LOL, j/k ;D [glow=blue,2,300]:Chez[/glow]

Do you know anyone else in the UK that might rehome turtles, I'm getting a bit anxious over what to do with mine?

What do you have? I can probably sort something out, I just don't have the room to house them while I do it now. Can you let me know the following:
Type of turtle Age Size Any equipment (tanks etc) Temperment to other turtles (if you know) Where you are Can you deliver, and how far can you go? Do you want any money?
Thanks!

Thanks for replying!
They are cooter turtles, about 5-6" just over a year old I think, they are friendly to each other I have four that live together, and 3 of them are friendly enough to let you handle them and stroke their heads! I don't have any equipment as I'm keeping the little unfriendly one, and would not want any money for them, just a good home!
Somebody emailed me yesterday and said that they were interested, so I will let you whether they take them or not!
