hey everyone...it has come time to take my two red eared sliders to the vet. they are each about 2.5 inches long. the vet is about 15 minutes from my house, and they would be out of their tank for an hour and 30 minutes at the most. i was just wondering what would be the best way to transport them from my home to the vet? Thanks!

Good to have you here, turtledude They'll be fine. Bring them in a box lined with a towel. [glow=blue,2,300]:Chez[/glow]

Good to hear! I have been told that they would do ok in a towel lined box, but I wanted to double check just to be sure. Thanks!

Hey everyone, today was the day Snoopy&Droopy went to the vet. The trip went well, and the paper towels worked great! The vet checked them out and said they were doing just fine. They had nice hard shells, clear eyes, and didn't have a respiratory infection. I was so happy I could pee! ;D
